No. This is coaching. I help you with habits, clarity, emotional awareness, and practical action. If you need medical or mental health treatment, please speak with a licensed professional.

Who is this coaching for?

This coaching is for people who want support with habits, emotional clarity, confidence, social anxiety, smoking, procrastination, or feeling stuck. It is especially helpful for people who are ready to be honest with themselves and take practical action.

Where do sessions happen?

Sessions happen online through video call.

What’s the price?

One coaching session is $75 CAD for 45 minutes. This includes a private online coaching call focused on clarity, support, and practical next steps.

What happens after I book?

After you book, you will fill out a short intake form, choose your session time, and receive the video call link and consent letter before our session.

Do I need to prepare anything before the session?

Yes. Before the session, you’ll fill out a short intake form so I can understand your challenge, expectations, and what you want support with. You can also bring any notes, questions, or examples from your life.

What if I’m nervous before the call?

That is completely normal. You do not need to show up perfectly prepared or confident. The session is a private, supportive space where we can slow things down and work through your thoughts clearly.

Will one session be enough?

One session can give you clarity, support, and practical next steps. For deeper habit change or emotional patterns, a coaching package may be more helpful because it gives us more time, structure, and accountability.

Can coaching help me quit smoking?

Coaching can help you understand your smoking patterns, emotional triggers, cravings, and replacement habits. It is not medical treatment, but it can support your habit-change process with awareness, structure, and accountability.
