This 45-minute coaching is a deep dive into what’s most urgent for you right now. We focus on the real issue you’re facing—whether it’s internal conflict, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or a situation where you need to be heard clearly and honestly.

This is a space to speak openly, be understood, and receive grounded, direct feedback.

I’ll listen carefully, empathize with your experience, and offer clear insight based on lived experience and practical tools.

Come prepared with the questions that matter most to you, and take a few minutes to thoughtfully complete the intake form.

The more honest and specific you are, the more value you’ll get from the session.

This time is intentional, focused, and taken seriously—by both of us.
